Participants in this grading program need to successfully complete the requirements of CIBS-Pro© Program. Applicants might be graded by CIBS- Pro© boards in bellow different levels.

Level One Star

Requirements:

At least Master's degree in management or any related fields.
Ten Years work Experiences in Manufacturing or Service sectors as a specialist or Technician position which covered by Minimum Five years work experience as a manager.
Participation in at least Six Improvement Projects and completion Six of them as the Project Manager.

Offered to:
Professionals, Middle Managers, Members of board of directors, chief of executive officers.

Level Two Star

Requirements:

At least Master's degree in management or any related fields.
Twelve Years work Experiences in Manufacturing or Service sectors as a specialist or Technician position which covered by Minimum Seven years work experience as a manager.
Participation in at least Eight Improvement Projects and completion Eight of them as the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Fifteen Years work Experiences in Manufacturing or Service sectors as a specialist or Technician position which covered by Minimum Eight years work experience as a manager.
Participation in at least Nine Improvement Projects and completion Nine of them as the Project Manager.

Level Four Star

Requirements:

At least Master's degree in management or any related fields.
Eighteen Years work Experiences in Manufacturing or Service sectors as a specialist or Technician position which covered by Minimum Ten years work experience as a manager.
Participation in at least Ten Improvement Projects and completion Ten of them as the Project Manager.

Level Five Star

Requirements:

At least Master's degree in management or any related fields.
20 Years work Experiences in Manufacturing or Service sectors as a specialist or Technician position which covered by Minimum Ten years work experience as a manager.
Currently position must be the decision making position role. (Member of Board of directors or/and chief executive officer)

Participation in at least Ten Improvement Projects and completion Ten of them as the Project Manager.
